Report: Chicago Bulls In Mix For Dwight Howard
The Chicago Bulls are a “sleeper” team to acquire Orlando Magic forward Dwight Howard, according to Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo! Sports.
“Chicago may tell Orlando to take any two players – or three – besides [Derrick] Rose,” one GM told Wojnarowski about a possible Orlando-Chicago trade.
Wojnarowski writes that the Los Angeles Lakers are likely the front-runners for Howard (and New Orleans Hornets guard Chris Paul), but suggests that a package of Joakim Noah and Carlos Boozer or Luol Deng could bring in Howard if the Bulls are willing to accept “one of those bad Orlando contracts” as well.
