Packers LB Erik Walden Charged In Domestic Abuse Case

Green Bay Packers fourth year linebacker Erik Walden has been charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct-domestic abuse, according to the Associated Press. Walden’s attorney, Steve Richards, has pleaded not guilty on his behalf.

Walden was arrested by Brown County police over Thanksgiving weekend after his girlfriend told officers that he “pushed her” during an argument. She later changed her story to say that she had struck Walden first in the argument. Walden was released on $1,000 bond on Monday Nov. 28, according to the Associated Press.
