The St. Louis Cardinals made an offer to first baseman and free agent Albert Pujols Tuesday night, according to MLB.com. General manager John Mozeliak confirmed the report, but he did not discuss any terms of the deal.

Mozeliak went on the say that the onus is now on Pujols and his camp to make the decision. He also expects Pujols to make a decision sooner rather than later. The Miami Marlins have reportedly made a 10-year offer to Pujols worth more than $200 million.
