Andray Blatche Tells Everyone To "Shut Up" After Just One Game

After just one game into the 2011-12 NBA season, contentious Washington Wizards forward Andray Blatche is already clashing with the fans and the media. The 25-year-old forward expressed his displeasure via Twitter this afternoon.

Blatche scored 11 points and 10 rebounds in the Wizards opening night loss to the New Jersey Nets last night. Following the game, Blatche, the team captain, was vocal about his displeasure with his own play.

"You can't keep having me pick-and-pop and shooting jump shots," Blatche told the media. "Give me the ball in the paint. That's what I'm most effective at. I've been saying that since training camp. I need the ball in the paint. I don't want to be the pick-and-pop guy that I used to be. Because it's not working for me."
