The St. Louis Rams hope to hire former Tennessee Titans head coach Jeff Fisher as their new head coach, according to Jason La Canfora of NFL.com.

La Canfora also reports that the Rams hope to hire a “young general manager” to work with Fisher.

On Monday, the Rams fired both head coach Steve Spagnuolo and general manager Billy Delany after the Rams finished the season 2-14.

According to La Canfora, the Rams are considering Atlanta's Les Snead, Kansas City's Ray Farmer, Seattle's Will Lewis and Tennessee's Lake Dawson for the general manager position. Dawson worked with Fisher in Tennessee, according to La Canfora. Fisher, 53, compiled a 142-120-0 record in 17 years as head coach of the Titans.
