When asked about a circulating rumor earlier this week that the former All-Pro linebacker wouldn’t be back with the Jets in 2012, Scott reportedly responded:

”All I know is I’ve got a guaranteed contract for $4 million,” Scott replied. He then displayed his middle finger and told reporters to “take a picture of this,” while leaving the locker room. Scott, 31, tallied 66 tackles and 4.5 sacks for the Jets this season. In 2006, when he was named to the Pro Bowl team, Scott had 103 tackles, 9.5 sacks, and two interceptions for the Baltimore Ravens.
