Tennessee Titans defensive coordinator Jerry Gray is scheduled to interview with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers about their vacant head coaching position, according to Adam Schefter.

In his only year as the defensive coordinator for the Titans, Gray helped the Titans rebound to a 9-7 record after finishing 6-10 the year before. Tennessee allowed the fourth fewest points, 317, in the AFC this season under his system.

Gray also served as the defensive coordinator for the Buffalo Bills from 2001 to 2005, and as a defensive coach for the Washington Redskins and the Seattle Seahawks. He has no experience as a full-time head coach in the college or pros. Gray was a four-time Pro Bowl selection as a player and was named the 1989 Pro Bowl MVP.
