The Denver Broncos have signed veteran long snapper David Binn, according to the Associated Press. Binn will replace Lonie Paxton, who has been ruled out as he deals with a family issue.

Binn, 39, spent 17 seasons in San Diego before being cut prior to the season. Ex-teammates have referred to Binn as a perfectionist when it comes to his snapping. Paxton has been dealing with family issues the entire week, and the team officially ruled him out Friday.
