Sydney Leroux No. 1 Overall In WPS Draft

UCLA’s Sydney Leroux was selected first overall in the Women’s Professional Soccer Draft today, announced via WPS webcast.

Leroux was drafted by the Atlanta Beat, where she will play as a target forward and be expected to make a huge impact in her rookie season.
