Pittsburgh Steelers LT Max Starks announced via Twitter on Saturday that he would undergo surgery next week, presumably to repair his injured knee.

The 30-year-old lineman is scheduled to become an unrestricted free-agent after re-signing with the Steelers in the middle of the season because of injuries to Pittsburgh’s offensive line.
