The Cincinnati Reds and relief pitcher Jose Arredondo have agreed on a two-year deal, according to MLB.com. Details of the deal have not been disclosed.

Arredondo, 28, was Cincinnati's last arbitration-eligible player. After missing all of 2010 due to Tommy John surgery, Arredondo was 4-4 with a 3.23 ERA out of the bullpen for the Reds last season.
