The San Francisco Giants and relief pitcher Clay Hensley have agreed to a one-year deal, according to ESPN.com. Hensley will make $750,000 with the potential for an additional $300,000 in incentives.
The report says that it is a major league deal, and the contract is pending a physical. Hensley, 32, has spent time with the San Diego Padres and Miami Marlins. He became a free agent in December when he was released by the Marlins.
