Drew Brees Has 'No Doubt' About Finishing Career With Saints

Drew Brees is heading into this offseason with a lot of doubt surrounding his status with the New Orleans Saints, as his six-year, $60 million contract is set to expire and the quarterback hits free agency. But Brees said today that he has no such doubts.

Brees has been with the Saints for six seasons, earning four playoff berths and winning Super Bowl XLIV. He previously spent five years with the San Diego Chargers, who made him a second-round draft pick in 2001. Brees set an NFL single-season record this year with 5,476 passing yards.

The Saints' roster has a few holes to fill this offseason -- in addition to Brees, guard Carl Nicks and receivers Marques Colston and Robert Meachem will also be free agents.
