While Nash is not currently being shopped by Columbus, sources told the Columbus Dispatch that the team would be willing to listen to offers for the All-Star. The Blue Jackets, who had hoped to be a playoff-caliber team in 2011-12 after acquiring several veteran stars, have been the worst team in the NHL this season, posting only 38 points with a 16-34-6 overall record. Nash, 27, has had the lowest output since his rookie season this year. In 56 games played he has scored 18 goals and 21 assists for 39 points. In his first professional season he tallied 17 goals and 22 assists for 39 points.
