The wait is over for the New Jersey Nets -- their center is back. Brook Lopez is expected to start tomorrow night against the Milwaukee Bucks, according to ESPN.

Lopez, 23, has missed the entire season to date with a fractured fifth metatarsal in his right foot. The Nets have gone 8-23 in his absence.

The Nets open a back-to-back-to-back tonight in Chicago -- Lopez plans to sit out tonight against the Bulls, start tomorrow at home, then sit out again on Monday against the New York Knicks. Lopez's return will be a huge boon for the struggling Nets, as the big man was their leading scorer last season with 20.4 points per game, plus 6.0 rebounds and 1.5 blocks.
