Philadelphia Phillies first baseman Ryan Howard has suffered a setback in his rehab process, according to his manager, Charlie Manuel.

According to an Associated Press report, Howard has left spring training to visitwith the same doctor who performed surgery to repair his torn Achilles heel after the team discovered that he suffered "a little setback," Manuel said.

Howard is expected back in camp Wednesday, though his status for opening day remains in question, according to the AP.
