The Toronto Maple Leafs are sitting in tenth place in the Eastern Conference and have won just two of their last 10 games, but general manager Brian Burke is not considering firing head coach Ron Wilson, according to ESPN’s Pierre LeBrun.

Following Saturday’s 4-2 loss to the Washington Capitals, Globe and Mail columnist Jeff Blair called for Wilson’s head. Wilson has been the head coach of the Maple Leafs since 2008 and has a 130-131-44 record in three-plus seasons behind the bench.
