Miami Heat guard Dwyane Wade sent an apology message to Los Angeles Lakers guard Kobe Bryant after Wade's foul resulted in a broken nose for Bryant, ESPN.com is reporting. Wade fouled Bryant hard, but he hadn't intended to injure him.

"It's all I can do," Wade said, according to the report. "He knows it's no ill intent of me to do that to him. Talk about me for taking the foul, but I never wanted that kind of outcome." Bryant underwent a CT scan, which revealed a fractured nose but no concussion. The Lakers are expected to update Bryant's condition Tuesday.
