Los Angeles Lakers guard Kobe Bryant did, in fact, suffer a concussion in Sunday's All-Star Game after a hard foul from Dwyane Wade, the team announced Tuesday.

Wade sent Bryant a letter of apology Tuesday.

The injury was initially deemed just a fractured nose, but after a follow up visit with a neurologist, it was confirmed that Bryant suffered a concussion. Bryant will be evaluated again Wednesday, and his status for that night's game is day-to-day.
