The Toronto Maple Leafs have fired head coach Ron Wilson, according to TSN.com. Former Anaheim Mighty Ducks coach Randy Carlyle has been named as replacement.

According to the report, Wilson was let go by the team Friday. The Maple Leafs currently have one win over their last 11 games.

Carlyle coached the Ducks from 2005 until he was fired early last season. He led the Ducks to a Stanley Cup championship in his second season. Wilson was given a contract extension by the team in December.
