Financial details of the contract have yet to be reported. The 25-year-old has been one of the top rushers in the NFL over the past several seasons.

In 2011, Foster ran for 1,224 yards and 10 touchdowns in 13 games for the Texans. The year prior, he led all NFL rushers with 1616 yards and 16 touchdowns on the ground. The Texans initially signed Foster as an undrafted free-agent out of Tennessee.
