Money will not be an issue for the Broncos as they pursue free-agent quarterback Peyton Manning as owner Pat Bowlen is “prepared to do whatever it takes” to sign Manning, according to The Denver Post.

Manning is meeting with executive vice president of football operations John Elway, head coach John Fox and Bowlen in Denver on Friday night and the team has the financial resources and salary cap space to sign Manning, according to the Post. According to the Post, Bowlen is frustrated that the team has only won two playoff games in the last 15 seasons and, despite Tim Tebow leading the team to a playoff victory this past season, wants “a great season.”
