Milwaukee Brewers outfielder Nyjer Morgan left Saturday's spring training game with the San Francisco Giants after being hit in the head by a Barry Zito pitch, according to MLB.com.

Morgan stayed in the game to finish the inning, even playing the field, but he was replaced the following inning. Brewers spokesperson Mike Vassallo said Morgan was removed as a precaution.
