Wide receiver Pierre Garcon will test the free-agent market, sources have told ESPN. The 25-year-old wide receiver was unable to come to an agreement with the Indianapolis Colts on a long-term deal.

Garcon has not ruled out a return to the Colts, however his departure appears to be part of an across the board rebuilding process by team owner Jim Irsay. The team has until 4 p.m. ET Tuesday to make a deal with Garcon before he becomes an unrestricted free-agent.

Garcon hauled in 70 receptions for six touchdowns last season despite the absence of Pro Bowl quarterback Peyton Manning.  In 2010, with Manning, Garcon had 67 receptions for 784 yards and six touchdowns. He will join former teammate Reggie Wayne and fellow free agent Vincent Jackson as the top wide receiving free-agents this offseason.
