The Washington Redskins and Dallas Cowboys have filed a grievance against the NFL, according to ESPNDallas.com. The teams are attempting to get $46 million in fines overturned.

"Within the confines of our collective bargaining agreement, we are trying to have a voice and a hearing in terms of our cap situation," Cowboys director of player personnel Stephen Jones said Sunday, according to the report. Jones said the grievance would not affect the Cowboys.
