The Philadelphia Eagles and Kansas City Chiefs will be attending Texas  A&M quarterback Ryan Tannehill’s private workouts this week, according to NFL.com.

"I don't really know why," Tannehill told SI.com’s Peter King on Saturday in regard to hearing the Eagles will be attending his Monday workout. "I'll just get ready to throw for them and do my best."

According to King, the Eagles scouts will attend the workout in College Station, Texas on Monday, and the Chiefs are scheduled to meet with Tannehill later this week. Last season, Tannehill led the Aggies to a 7-6 record and a victory over Northwestern in the Meineke Car Care Bowl.  He finished the season throwing for 3,744 yards, 29 touchdowns, and 15 interceptions.
