Detroit Lions running back Mikel Leshoure appeared in Berrien County Trial Court this morning for arraignment on a charge of second-offense marijuana possession, according to The Detroit Free Press.

Leshoure pleaded down a possession charge to use of marijuana after a February traffic stop in Benton Township. He was cited for this misdemeanor on March 12th in Bridgman for possession/second offense.

His hearing is scheduled May 15 with a pre-exam conference on May 11. Leshoure was drafted to the Lions in the second round and was the 57th pick overall. However, he missed his entire rookie season with a torn Achilles Tendon.
