Detroit Lions defensive tackle Nick Fairley has been arrested on marijuana possession charges, according to Adam Schefter of ESPN.

According to Schefter, Fairley was charged with 2nd-degree marijuana possession and posted $1,000 bond. According to Al.com, police were called after a car was spotted speeding through several neighborhoods and police found marijuana in Fairley's car. Fairley, 24, recorded 15 tackles and one sack in his rookie season in Detroit.
