Padres' Dustin Moseley Heads To DL With Strained Right Shoulder

The San Diego Padres have placed right-hander Dustin Moseley on the 15-day disabled list with a strained right shoulder, according to the Associated Press.

Moseley allowed five hits and five runs in five innings against the Los Angeles Dodgers last night, striking out four and walking two. He left with the lead, but the Dodgers came back and won 6-5 in 11 innings.

Moseley is the Padres' second injured starting pitcher in less than a week -- Tim Stauffer, who had been expected to start the season opener Thursday, is also on the DL with a strained right elbow.
