Cincinnati Reds offer second baseman, Brandon Phillips a six-year $72.5 million deal, according to a tweet from ESPN’s Jim Bowden.

Over the course of his career he has recorded a career average of .272, hit 130 home runs, 524 RBIs, and stole 139 bases.
