The Redskins originally drafted Jarvis in 2011 out of Clemson in the second round. However, he tore his ACL during the Redskins third preseason game, and spent his entire rookie season on the injured reserve list. Jarvis, who is on a four-year contract, will return to the Redskins and begin the teams offseason conditioning program on Monday.
