Luol Deng's Wrist Injury Could Affect 2012-13 Season

Luol Deng’s torn ligament in his wrist may take longer than expected to recover and could possibly affect his 2012-2013 season, according to CSN Chicago.

Deng has opted to postpone the surgery and compete in an effort to help the Chicago Bulls advance to the playoffs, in addition to representing his country in the Olympics, so doctors are unsure of whether or not he will need surgery and how extensive that surgery will be.

The injury will take between three-four months to recover and rehabilitate if the wrist is still as bad or has worsened since the initial injury.
