Report: Knicks' Jeremy Lin Considering Comeback In Game 4 Against Heat

Get ready for an insane media circus -- New York Knicks point guard Jeremy Lin says he might return Sunday, when the Miami Heat visit Madison Square Garden for Game 4 of their first-round playoff series.

“I’m going to evaluate at the end of the week and see how I feel," Lin told Marc Berman of the New York Post. "Hopefully I’ll feel good. Every time I come into the gym, the playoff atmosphere is unbelievable."

Lin has been out since March 24, recovering from surgery to repair a partially torn meniscus in his left knee. After playing in 35 games this season and averaging 14.6 points, 6.1 assists and 3.1 rebounds, Lin has been stuck on the bench as the Knicks open their postseason in South Beach.

Lin has recovered rapidly from the knee operation and was even seen playing one-on-one before Saturday's Game 1; he's nearing a return. He said he definitely won't play in Games 2 or 3 this week, but Game 4 is not out of the question.
