Pittsburgh Steelers Sign OT Mike Adams
The Pittsburgh Steelers have agreed to a deal with former Ohio State tackle Mike Adams, according to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.
Adams, the team’s second round draft pick, agreed with the Steelers on a four year deal. The six foot eight lineman was projected to be a first round pick before testing positive for marijuana at the NFL Combine, just one month before the draft. That positive test coupled with his suspension for his involvement with the Ohio State tattoo scandal, led many teams to exclude Adams from their draft board.
