The New York Giants have signed first-round pick David Wilson, according to Pro Football Talk. The deal is a four-year deal with a team option for a fifth.

According to NJ.com, Wilson was slotted to receive a signing bonus of around $3.3 million, though financial terms of the contract were not yet available. Wilson, 20, ran for 1709 yards and nine touchdowns last season for Virginia Tech.
