Toronto Blue Jays Place 1B Adam Lind On Outright Waivers

The Toronto Blue Jays have placed first baseman Adam Lind on outright waivers, according to online reports.

If claimed, Lind will be owed the remainder of his four-year, $18 million extension. Otherwise, he will be in Toronto's possession but not part of the 40-man roster.
