Peyton Manning looked good in his first voluntary team workout with his new team, the Denver Broncos, today, reports Arnie Stapleton of the Associated Press.

In his first public appearance on the field throwing passes since joining the Broncos in March, Manning ran the Broncos' offense during a team minicamp and was able to throw with "plenty of zip," looking healthy after a 2011 season that was derailed by multiple neck surgeries. Manning, a four-time NFL MVP, signed with the Broncos in March after being let go by the Indianapolis Colts. He replaced the sensational Tim Tebow, who was traded to the New York Jets shortly thereafter.
