Milwaukee Brewers pitcher Marco Estrada was injured during Wednesday's game against the San Francisco Giants after rounding first base in the bottom of the first inning. Estrada hit a two-run double for his first hit of the season and grabbed his leg coming into second base. He was diagnosed with a strained hip flexor.
Estrada sent the Giants down in order in the top of the first and his double scored Jonathan Lucroy and Rickie Weeks sending Brewers to an early 6-0 lead. Pitcher Zack Greinke pinch-ran for Estrada and left-hander Manny Parra replaced him in the top of the second.
