For the second time since the conclusion of the NFL season, Nick Fairley is in trouble with the law. A defensive tackle for the Detroit Lions, Fairley was arrested in his hometown of Mobile, Al. early Sunday morning according to FOX 10 of Mobile.
According to the report, Fairley was pulled over after passing an officer's car at a speed of 100 miles per hour. Fairley did not have proof of insurance at the time, but did have an open container in the vehicle, according to the report. Fairley was also charged with evading police, as he initially did not yield to officers when he was asked to pull over. Fairley was arrested in Mobile earlier this year for possession of marijuana.
