Raiders WR Darrius Heyward-Bey pleads not guilty to DUI charges

Oakland Raiders wide receiver Darrius Heyward-Bey pleaded not guilty in a California court today on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, according to TMZ.com. Authorities say he was a drunk when crossing the San Francisco Bay Bridge April 7th.
According to police, Heyward-Bey was stopped for speeding and weaving in and out of his lane. Officers say Heyward-Bey failed a field sobriety test and was ticketed for DUI and released.
Heyward-Bey's next court date is June 28th and if convicted, he faces up to six months in jail.
