Report: NFL has a 'ledger' detailing New Orleans Saints' bounty program

All the voices clamoring for proof of the New Orleans Saints' bounty program may be able to rest easier. Two sources with knowledge of the investigation tell Jason Cole of Yahoo! Sports that the NFL has a copy of a "ledger" detailing Saints players' weekly earnings in the program.

The ledger shows money earned for "cart-offs" and "whacks" and money deducted for "mental errors," and suggests that players were told on a week-by-week basis of their performance. Multiple sources also said that Saints defenders would encourage teammates to put money earned from the bounty program back into the pool.
