The Arizona Cardinals have re-signed veteran linebacker Clark Haggans to a one-year deal, according to a release from the team. Haggans, 35, has played 12 years in the NFL, spending the last four with the Cardinals. He won Super Bowl XL in 2006 as a member of the Pittsburgh Steelers, who drafted him out of Colorado State University in 2000.
Haggans played all 16 games last season, recording 46 tackles and three sacks as the Cardinals finished with an 8-8 record. The Cardinals cut undrafted rookie Broderick Binns to make room for Haggans on their roster.
