The Baltimore Orioles are trying to see if there is anything left in the arm of 49-year-old pitcher Jamie Moyer, signing him to a minor-league deal, reports Moyer will reportedly start for Triple-A Norfolk on Saturday.

If Moyer makes it back to the big leagues, it will be his second go-around with the Orioles. He pitched for the team from 1993 to 1995.

Moyer was released by the Colorado Rockies last week.  He went 2-5 with a 5.70 ERA in 10 starts, striking out 36, walking 18 and allowing 11 home runs. He has a career record of 269-209 since breaking into the big leagues with the Chicago Cubs in 1986.
