New York Mets v New York Yankees

Alex Rodriguez, Nick Swisher and Joba Chamberlain aren't too popular among their peers, according to a poll of 100 MLB players conducted by Men's Journal.

The results of the poll will be published next month, but some of them were already out on Wednesday, according to CBS New York.

A-Rod is the second most-hated player in the league and teammate Nick Swisher is the third most hated. The only player hated more than them is White Sox catcher A.J. Pierzynski, who received 33-percent of the votes.

According to CBS New York, a number of MLB players and officials told Men's Journal why Swisher, in particular, is so hated:

“Everything about (Swisher) is annoying, from his mannerisms to his always wanting to ‘bro’ it down,” an unnamed American League veteran told the magazine. “Being around him is just exhausting.”

A third Yankee also earned a superlative. The oft-injured reliever Joba Chamberlain was voted "most overrated," with one player telling the magazine, "If Joba didn’t play in New York, no one would know him."
