Dwyane Wade formally withdrew from the U.S. Olympic men's basketball team on Thursday, and Miami Heat teammate Chris Bosh might be ready to follow suit.

Bosh's agent, Henry Thomas, told Chris Thomasson of FoxSportsFlorida.com that he could not confirm whether Bosh would play, and that the two would come to a final decision on Friday.

“We’re going to talk about it," Thomas said. “I’m going to have a conversation (with Bosh on Friday) about it. ... We’ll go more in-depth. I’d rather not talk about it until we talk about it."
Bosh's concern is whether he is better off resting as he recuperates from the strained abdominal muscle that sidelined him during the playoffs. Thomas would not even say if he is optimistic that Bosh will play.
