Report: Andre Miller agrees to re-sign with Denver Nuggets on three-year deal

Andre Miller has re-signed with the Nuggets for a three-year deal, Yahoo! Sports' Marc J. Spears reported on Twitter late Sunday night.

The deal keeps the 36-year-old Miller in Denver, where he has played in parts of five of his 13 career NBA seasons. He was an important role player for the Nuggets last season, mostly coming off the bench to average near 10 points and 6.7 assists per game. He put up 11.3 points and six assists per game in the Nuggets' seven-game loss to the Los Angeles Lakers in the first round of the NBA playoffs.

The Nuggets will now look to re-sign restricted free agent center JaVale McGee, to whom they extended a qualifying offer. Yahoo!'s Adrian Wojnarowski reported earlier Sunday that the Nuggets will meet with McGee on Monday to discuss a contract extension.
