Chicago Bears wide receiver Brandon Marshall delivered a bold prediction to Bears fans Friday night at Soldier Field, Comcast SportsNet Chicago's John Mullin reported.

“This is just between us, so keep it here,” Marshall said to the 27,352 fans before uttering two words:

“Super Bowl.”

Marshall's remarks came during the eighth annual Comcast Family Fest at Soldier Field on Friday night, as he was completing an on-field interview.

The Bears traded for Marshall back in March from the Miami Dolphins, giving quarterback Jay Cutler a clear No. 1 target. Marshall's acquisition soared expectations for the Bears and their offense. He has caught at least 80 passes and gained at least 1,000 yards receiving in each of the last five seasons.

Marshall's comments put him on a collision course with the Carolina Panthers' Ryan Kalil, who predicted his team would win the Super Bowl in a recent ad in The Charlotte Observer.
