Elvis Dumervil will not face charges of aggravated assault, according to a report from the Denver Post.
The Denver Broncos' Pro Bowl defensive end was arrested in Miami on July 15 after being implicated in a road rage incident involving firearms. According to the Post, Dumervil and a friend had reportedly approached the occupants of a white Chevy Impala and raised their shirts to display guns tucked into their waistbands, as part of an ongoing road feud.
However, Dumervil maintained his innocence, and it appears from the lack of charges that not enough evidence of wrongdoing exists.
