Cleveland Indians slugger Travis Hafner finds himself with very familar surroundings these days, and it's not on the baseball diamond.

Indians placed the oft-injured designated hitter on the disabled list for the second time this season with a sore back.  Hafner missed the past three games with the injury. He spent the entire month of June on the disabled list following knee surgery.

The Indians filled his roster spot with infielder Jason Donald.

Hafner, 35, has played 57, 94, 118, 94 games the past four seasons and is batting .239 with 11 homers and 32 RBI in 60 games this season.
