Jacoby Ford injury: Raiders receiver leaves game with ankle problem
Oakland Raiders receiver/return man Jacoby Ford pulled up lame after making a catch midway through the first quarter of Friday's exhibition game against the Arizona Cardinals, hobbling off the field with what has been reported as an ankle or a foot injury.
After a standout rookie season, Ford played in only eight games in 2012 because of both a strained hamstring and a sprained foot. If Friday's injury is a recurrence of the latter, it obviously would not bode well for the Raiders.
